A former workaholic who worked herself into a nervous breakdown four years ago. The onset of physical issues from such lack of self care and high amounts of stress are ones that I am still working through today. From anxiety that I have never experienced before to digestive issues.
I was introduced to essential oils after looking for something to help in easing the symptoms of anxiety naturally. Ditching toxic products was something I already started tackling and then Young Living came along and, well, the rest is history.

And this beautiful chain reaction of making one change, the domino effect it started, and the benefits of it has become the greatest change in my life, in our home, and for our family. All because of those few bottles of essential oil. With these changes has come an empowering confidence in becoming the gatekeeper of my home and surrounding our family with products and tools that help us thrive in pursuing and cultivating a well life.
It started with 12 oils - and from there has become a beautiful catalyst to the greatest changes I have ever experienced in my life.
